Day 1: ARRIVAL SAIGON - HOCHIMINH CITY. (D) Welcome to HOCHIMINH City (Saigon) - the biggest city of Vietnam. A quick tour around Saigon and photo-stop at first buildings of colonial motifs such as Notre Dame Cathedral, Municipal Post Office, City Hall and Opera House. Check in hotel (at noon). Afternoon, continue to visit the former Presidential Palace in order to learn more about the sorrowful historic of Vietnam from 1954-1975. Then, shopping at Tay Son lacquerware /Silk & Handmade Workshop where you can see the workers doing the products. Evening, welcome dinner will be served on BenNghe Floating Restaurant with two hours cruising along Saigon Riverin order get the admirable feel of the charming views of Saigon-by-night. O/N in HOCHIMINH CITY. Day 2: HOCHIMINH CITY - CUCHI TUNNELS. (70 km) (B, L, D) Breakfast. Take excursion to CuChi Underground Tunnels - a famous battle field, a guerrilla base during Vietnam War before 1975, and enjoy a challenging excursion inside the tunnels and bunkers. Return to the city for lunch. Afternoon, discover China Town, a busy world of Chinese communities in Vietnam. Visit BinhTay Wholesales Market-the really typical marketplace, continuing to Chinese Lady Temple of over 150 years, with the ledendary story of the ancient boat-men refugees, contain an impress collection of Chinaware and porcelain masterpieces. O/N in HOCHIMINH CITY. Day 3: HOCHIMINH CITY - XEOQUIT - VINHLONG ( 170 km ) (B, L, D) Breakfast. Drive to CaoLanh (Dong Thap Province) where used to be the revolutionary base during the French and American wars. The present 20 ha cajuput forest XeoQuit has been reclaimed and become an attractive historical and ecological site in the southern Mekong Delta. Cruising along XeoQuit relic site to visit secret canals, trenches, bomb shelters, meeting halls,… under the shadow of the over 50 years old cajuput trees. Leave the forest and drive to MyThuan bridge for gaze away out to rivers & delta, cross Lower River to reach Vinh Long for overnight. O/N in VINHLONG. Day 4: VINHLONG - CANTHO (34 km). A Mekong Rivers Tour (B, L, D) Breakfast. Transfer to boat quay where a boat cruise on Mekong Rivers will bring you to the tributaries of AnBinh and BinhHoaPhuoc Islets (VinhLong Province). There, you enjoy the activities of the local people in the likable waterway countryside. Continue to visit the brick and handicraft pottery workshops, enjoy traditional music performance and visit an orchard to taste tropical fresh fruits. Lunch at local restaurant with specialities of Mekong Delta - ‘ELEPHANT EAR FISH”. Then, continue to CanTho City - the centre of Mekong Delta by crossing the Lower River by big ferry to reach CanTho for over night. O/N in CANTHO. Day 5: CANTHO - HOCHIMINH CITY. (175 km) (B, L, D) Breakfast. Cruising by a private motor river-boat along Mekong River & its canals to enjoy sunrise, rural sceneries and the daily life of watery inhabitants and visit CaiRang floating market. After that, visit the BinhThuy ancient house where was the main palce in the famous French film “L’amant”. The house was dated 1800s with baroque details. Lunch at local restaurant. Then. Drive back to Ho Chi Minh City with a stop -over at the CaoDai Temple in BenLuc town, a colourful religion were combined of 4 biggest religions. Arrive the City, check-in, and free at leisure. O/N in HOCHIMINH CITY. Day 6: HOCHIMINH CITY– NAMCATTIEN (150 km) (B, L, D) Breakfast. Today, you will be transferred to a very interesting destination - NAMCATTIEN NATURAL CONSERVATION AREA located approximately 150km north-east of Ho Chi Minh City. Check in and a moment of rest in guest house. After that, let’s visit the Ma and X’tieng ethnic villageS in TaLai. Take 20-minute drive to the TaLai Culture House where is kept the relics of Ma and X’tieng ethnic village, visit some the enthnic famalies. The trip passes the forests and lawns where the nocturnal animals often of the ethnics. Enjoy walking to VamHo to see the memorial stele of the TaLai prison. Back to the guest house. O/N in Nam Cat Tien. Day 7: NAMCATTIEN NATIONAL PARK FULL DAY TREKKING TOUR (B, L, D) Breakfast. You will enjoy a trekking tour about one and half hours to the Crocodile Swamp. A moment of relaxation and picnic lunch. You will be attracted by its natural scenes with the calm lake. You can take a boat cruising (not included) in the lake to enjoy the peaceful sites, see the crocodiles, water-birds come to the surface of tranquil water. Breakfast. Drive to Dalat city which is well known as “the City of Eternal Spring”, “Le Petit Paris”, “Switzerland in miniature” because of its cool climate, romantic landscapes of mountains, pine forests, charming lakes and impressive waterfall. En route, stop to visit the Datanla Waterfall which is a large attractive landscape. The site is suitable for activities such as boating, fishing, elephant riding… (your own account). If the time permits, you continue to the Dalat railway station for Mat village. You will see how many vegetable gardens on the way and visit LinhPhuoc pagoda nearby. The train will take you back to the railway station then to hotel for check in and free at leisure. Dinner at a good local restaurant.Free evening to stroll along Xuan Huong lake and enjoy a calm evening. O/N in Da Lat. Day 9: DALAT CITY TOUR - BUONMATHUOT (220 km). (B, L, D) Breakfast. A delighted trekking to Langbiang Mountain, and take a 4 wheel car to second peak of Lang Biang mountain, then treeking to conquer the first peak of Lang Biang at 2,163 metres. Descend the foot of Langbiang Mountain. Then, drive straight to BuonMaThuot, a highland city with a large percentage of the area's population made up of ethnic minorities, passing superb scenery. On the way, you will enjoy mountainous landscapes and take photos. Upon arrival, transfer direct to hotel for check in and time of rest. . O/N in BUONMATHUOT. Day 10: BUONMATHUOT-YOKDON NATIONAL PARK (110km) (B, L, D) Breakfast. Early departure to the largest of Vietnam’s National Parks - the YORK DON NATIOANL PARK is home of 62 types of mammals, 196 types of birds, 40 types of repticles, 13 types of amphibians, and 469 types of plans. Arrival Don Village in Ea Sup by a 4 wheel car. Then, visit a M’nong ethnic village and enjoy 1 hour elephant riding through the beautiful forests by your own, drinking wine from a communal jug and enjoy music show with traditional instruments of minorities : The Cong-Chien which was recognized as the World Intangible Cultural Heritage by UNESCO. Then, visit the 100 years old ancient still house, and the ancestor’s tomb of the hunter elephant Back to hotel and free leisure at night. O/N in BUONMATHUOT. Day 11: BUONMATHUOT - HOCHIMINH CITY (350 km) (B, L, B) In the morning, come to visit Draysap waterfall in the middle of a hardwood rain-forest. The fall means Fall of Mist in E De language since the powerful flow of water falling creates foam and mist as it touches the water below. After lunch at a local restaurant, drive back to HoChiMinh City. Express check-in with room-keys available. O/N in HOCHIMINH CITY Day 12: FLY BACK HOME FROM HOCHIMINH CITY - WELCOME HOME ! (B) Free at leisure until check-out ( at noon), transfer to Airport for a flight back to your next destination. |
