The venue is in the elegant Gallery Rooms I & II with polished
timber floor surround by wooden lilted shelf and eight wooden
sculptured doors. Guests will dine at round tables of 8 persons
each, nicely decorated with oil lamps and fresh flower
arrangements. Service staff will be dressed in dark blue
jacquard silk Ao Dai.
INDOCHINE NIGHT
The
IndoChine Night provides a nostalgic return to a bygone era.
This elegant soiree recreates the French colonial period,
Vietnamese gala dinner served buffet-style with a lot of
show cooking and a traditional Vietnamese music orchestra
serenade diners with beautiful dances and songs at Ocean
Room and Ocean Room Terrace.Square tables of 8 persons each
will be set up with white silk sauvage table cloths and white chair covers, exquisitely decorated with tropical
fruits, Chams stone sculptures, white candles, fine
chinaware and white roses centre piece. The venue is
completely transformed into a theatre like setting with
Persian carpets, white sofas with hand embroidered cushions,
low tables with oil lamps and exotic fruit display, French
newspapers, gold fishes in aquarium, a dozen of multi-coloured
birds in hanging bamboo bird cages and lots of hanged silk
lanterns together with hundreds of candles. Guests will be
greeted by hostesses dressed in red and gold silk Ao Dai and
an exquisite elaborate Vietnam cultural show including
traditional orchestra will make the evening very
entertaining.

CHINA BEACH BBQ
This stunning barbecue party under the starry
skies of China Beach, invites guests to have
fun, drink, dance and gather around a fantastic
live charcoal barbecue - arguable the best in
whole Asia! The pine trees on a private section
of the beach lilted by lots of tiffany lights
and indirect spotlights will give the venue the
most romantic and casual atmosphere. Huge petrol
torches are placed around the round tables of 8
persons each with fresh flower arrangements.
Guests will be pampered by an extensive salad
bar buffet, a hot soup station with home-made
breads, grilled stations with freshest seafood,
fish and meat selection on display and all
cooked in front of guests, a garnish and French
dessert buffet to complete this fantastic set
up.
MYSTIC DANANG NIGHT
This evening highlights elements of the
ancient Vietnamese civilization. During
the aperitif there will be a drum
performance with opera soldiers standing
in the front of the Wild Crab
Restaurant. Local musicians play
distinctive music while guests enjoy a
sumptuous buffet-style show cooking
dinner. Guests can gather for a
pre-dinner cocktails with open bar
session (drinks are charged separately)
while enjoy a six member drum spectacle.
A magnificent lion dance will be
performed by 15 children.
The dinner venue itself will be mystic
with a spiritual atmosphere, lit by
yellow silk lanterns and theatrical
guards at different locations dressed in
ancient costumes. Spiral incense hanged
in the restaurant. Round tables of 8
persons each with ivory colour silk
Sauvage table cloth and fan shaped
napkins, decorated with big oil lamps

Vietnams typical three weald cycles used for personal transportation are world famous. Your guests will be asked to complete a challenging obstacle course around the hotel pool
This fun filled competition is the ultimate skill tester and works well in creating lasting memories and photo opportunities for your guests. Organized by our Sport & Recreation department your guests will be split in teams of up to 10 contestants and are given a series of tasks such as:
Equipped with 5 double seat Bombardier higher power jet skies, safety equipment, a plastic bag and 100 000 Dong per jet ski your guests are send out to find the closest fishing boats. Then they have to approach our local fishermen and test their fishing communication and negotiation skills buying fish directly from the boat. The team that after 30 minutes comes back with the most fish is the winner
Hoi An fishermen often cast their nets from oddly shaped round boats made out of dried bamboo leaves. These boats are a challenge to navigate and it requires teamwork to keep your balance.
Each team has to select three players to compete in a short basket boat race, which will test their ability to coordinate their movements and support each other in

The Hoi An treasure hunt is designed to encourage team spirit and give guests an opportunity to see Hoi An in a way no other visitor can experience
Our MICE team has created a series of tasks, secret hints and riddles that will test your guest’s problem solving skills and teamwork
We will meet in the morning for a private group breakfast and a treasure hunt briefing. From there we will proceed to old town Hoi An, organize your guests in small groups and give them the first task.
Incentive House employees will be scattered around Hoi An to supervise and assist in the various treasure hunt stations. An ‘incognito” photographer will take unexpected candid pictures that will later serve to document your event and provide everlasting memories and entertainment
Trip to and from the island on a traditional wooden fishing boat
One day on secluded beach. Beach bag with water and towels provided
Snorkeling equipment, simple and tasty lunch and one soft drink or beer included. Hotel departure at 8 am and return at approximately 5.30 pm. Spend the day on a pristine and secluded white sand beach, snorkel in the turquoise waters of Cham Island or simply doze the day away in your own hammock under the palm trees.
We meet at 7 am for a tasty breakfast in Sands Kitchen Restaurant from where we will continue our journey to the nearby harbor in the comfortable shuttle bus. We will also provide you with your own beach bag filled with water bottles and beach towels.
Our wooden boat, provided and managed by the Cham Island Dive center has been handcrafted using traditional shipbuilding methods and offers comfortable space and a rooftop sun deck for up to 20 guests per boat.
The trip will take about one hour until your guests will arrive on a beautiful and secluded beach faraway of the hassle and dazzle of modern life . A local fisherwomen has been informed of your groups arrival the prior day and started her day going to the nearby Cham Island market to purchase fresh fish and vegetables which she will serve us for a simple al fresco lunch
