After breakfast in hotel, is the time to happy learn a cooking class on oriental style in a local restaurant. You will go to market with the chief cook to buy food product for cooking class. Then start into prepare lunch, cook by yourselves under the well directions of the Vietnamese chef and his assistants.

Detailed description of cooking class: 08:00, transfer to local restaurant. The chief cook and his assistants will take clients to central market to show them a few fresh food standing, oriental spices, herbal, vegetable, and some tropical fruits. It will take about 1.30 hour. Back to restaurant and start into prepare lunch. The menu of this cooking will be advise once required, cooking suits, kitchenware and all special eating-ware of Vietnam as chopsticks , etc., will be showed how to manage well.

Now, let’s experience a fullday tour to discover Angkor Complex.

Firstly, visit Angkor Wat – one of the seven greatest architectural wonders of the world, as a temple and mausoleum for King Suryavarman II at the peak of the Khmer empire in the first half of 12^th, Angkor Wat is probably the bestpreserved of the Angkorean temples, with a central tower surrounded by four smaller towers. The central monument represents the mythical Mount Meru, the holy mountain at the centre of the universe, which was home to the Hindu God Vishnu. The whole complex covers 81 hectares, a rectangular wall measuring 1025 metres by 800 metres borders the inner edge of the moat, and temple's greatest sculptural treasure is its 2 km-long bas-reliefs around the walls...
